At Blue Collar Masonry, every project we take on is more than just brick and mortar — it’s a reflection of craftsmanship, pride, and the communities we serve. One of our most iconic showcase projects to date is the Layton Lakes entry monument in Gilbert, Arizona.
This striking structure serves as the grand welcome to one of the East Valley’s most desirable neighborhoods. Featuring a raised masonry pavilion with a natural stone facade, a circular water feature, and an array of perfectly placed American flags — it’s more than an entrance. It’s a statement. From the meticulously stacked stone retaining wall to the multi-level brickwork and curved architecture, our team brought vision to life with precision and grit. This wasn’t just a build — it was a challenge met with pride.
With durability in mind, we used reinforced structural block, high-grade veneers, and waterproofing techniques that can handle decades of Arizona sun and storm alike. Every curve, corner, and joint was carefully laid by hand. And the result? A landmark that elevates the entire Layton Lakes community — and stands tall as a testament to what blue-collar craftsmanship can do.
